Dan from X-PT has been training me for 2 months and I have to say is up there with the best trainers I have experienced. The efficiency of the actual workout and the knowledge Dan shows with aspects of the workout and the related health/diet programs makes for a very satisfying session. The enthusiasm and motivation shown is infectious and simply Dan's personality makes you want to come to training. My training is one on one but I also join my staff in weekly group sessions which Dan handles with ease.

 I’m Garth.  I’ve been training with Dan now for 2 months and have reached every goal I have set for myself so far. ... which is great, because 2 months is not long!   Dan has been great.   I’m very happy with his quality and style of training and support.  He’s down to earth, very knowledgeable, easy to work-out with and does not act like a gym knucklehead, though he is passionate about what he does.   Dan is also well versed in nutrition and provides great support in this regard.  In fact we have been using Calorie King, an online nutritional planning tool so that I can learn how my body responds to the food I consume.  This is helping me to develop my own knowledge and tools to continue with a fit and healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life.  So far however I’m feeling happier, healthier, I have more energy, and I’m still gaining muscle and losing fat!  So I’m really looking forward to training with Dan’s support in the future because I’m confident that I’ll be    making more great progress.
